DEN · PRIVACY
DEN is a private, single-owner operations room and to-do list operated by Fareed Tareen (ft@fareedtareen.com) at den.fareedtareen.com. It is not a public service and does not enrol members of the public.
Sign-in. DEN uses Google sign-in with the basic profile scopes only (your account identifier, email address and name). Signing in grants nothing by itself: other accounts can request access, and see nothing until the owner approves them. Approval decisions are recorded in an audit log.
What the owner keeps here. Lists and tasks (titles, notes, dates, reminders, priorities and plans), including tasks imported from Apple Reminders by the owner; push-notification subscriptions for the owner's own devices; and access keys the owner issues to AI agents. Only a one-way hash of each agent key is stored. DEN does not store patient, health or clinical records.
Who can see it. Tasks, lists and keys are visible only to the owner. AI agents the owner authorises can read and add tasks through their own revocable key, can never delete anything, and cannot see lists the owner marks discreet. Approved members see only project, agent and application status that the owner keeps in Notion.
Alerts. Alerts are sent only to devices on which the owner turned them on, through the browser's push service (for example Apple or Google). Titles from discreet lists are never shown on a lock screen.
This device. DEN keeps a copy of your data in this browser so it opens offline and keeps unsent changes safe. It is tied to your account and removed when you sign out.
Export and deletion. The owner can export everything as JSON or CSV and erase all to-do data from Settings. Others may ask for their account record to be removed by emailing ft@fareedtareen.com.
Where it is kept. Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Functions, United States), protected by Google sign-in, server-side authorization and encrypted transport.
